If you would like to book an appointment, you can do so using any of the following:

Payment can be made with card or cash. If you wish to claim back from medical aid, a claims statement will be emailed to you after the consult for you to submit.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
The patient will be liable and invoiced for full consultation fee if appointment.
